Looks like your router had lost the connection password, I can see you managed to get back online around 9.30pm last night. I'll pass the fault ticket back to you.

The account type you have is 40/2. I've also checked the account and see that no hardware has been ordered and no fee as such has been taken for it.
Is this something offered or that you specifically requested?
