Supposed to be running a 40Mb connection in Glasgow. Occasionally have issues where it drops down to 4/5Mb, starts having issues with downloads and maintaining skype/discord calls. This has happened again over the last few days and now the internet has completely disconnected. Unable to reconnect. This happens from time to time however it leaves us fairly stranded when it entirely cuts out and is extremely frustrating when there's no one to contact out of hours.
