Internet connection slow since yesterday
For whatever reason, since yesterday lunch time the internet has become really slow, in terms of throughput and response. Services such as Netflix, Amazon Video, Youtube etc.. have started to become inaccessible, resulting in using mobile data
Done the user, reboot the router etc.. it gets better for a while and then starts to decline

I also tried accessing the Plusnet Broadband Fault Checker but it says its temporarily unavailable..

The main issue yesterday was my children not being able to connect to their remote school lessons, so at least one of them was marked with no attendence even though they couldn't connect..
As already said, online chat is offline and the phone lines just ring out..
