Internet connection slow since yesterday

For whatever reason, since yesterday lunch time the internet has become really slow, in terms of throughput and response. Services such as Netflix, Amazon Video, Youtube etc.. have started to become inaccessible, resulting in using mobile data

Done the user, reboot the router etc.. it gets better for a while and then starts to decline

 

I've attached what my account says i should get versus what my router actually shows

 

I also tried accessing the Plusnet Broadband Fault Checker but it says its temporarily unavailable..

Having the same problem. Netflix is unwatchable, you tube buffering. No live chat available, phones not answered.

Having the same issue here, had 76mb at around 11am yesterday, dropped out all afternoon, now its on 33mb and wont go any higher

The main issue yesterday was my children not being able to connect to their remote school lessons, so at least one of them was marked with no attendence even though they couldn't connect..

 

As already said, online chat is offline and the phone lines just ring out..
