Hi, My Internet connection keeps locking up. If I drop and reconnect my wifi connection it is Ok. This happens on my Laptop, Phone and Tablet. Is my router knacked?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Swopped my router and swopped channels. Is a lot better now! Cheers!

Unfortunately too late for me, changing supplier Friday, have been very happy with Plusnets product and especially customer service.
But over that last few months have noticed my internet speed going up and down like a Yoyo, and as has been previously mentioned losing completely , I waited 1 Week for Openreach engineer to call last Tuesday , he suggested the problem was with Plusnet as on his tests my potential download speed is 72 Mb but was throttled back to 38 for my package, recently I was lucky to get 20Mb.
I hope I will receive a credit for my problems ?

Unbelievable not a single reply about over 1 months fault on my fibre internet , how Plunet has changed, makes you think again about ever coming back, sorry but it's true.

So frustrating, although I have now left still getting numerous requests for me to set up DD's I have previously cancelled.
Plusnet have provided excellent service but seem unable to let go, perhaps some one can investigate PLEASE.

Looking over the account I can see you've been refunded for the downtime on your recent fault, this was issued 2 days ago and should arrive in your bank account within 7-10 working days of this.
