Couple of weeks ago by internet randomly just stopped working, so I called Plusnet and they said the the 'internet config was deleted'. I asked the agent why did that happen, she said that she didn't know. In the notes on my Plusnet account it says 'Customer had no BB, subscription component had been removed.'
Before all this I was getting 38Mb, but now I'm only getting around 30Mb. I decided to wait a couple of weeks to see if the speed would pick up but it still hasn't. Do I need a DLM reset?

Together with our network partners at Openreach we are prioritising customers who don’t have a phone line or broadband connection, meaning there might be a delay in Speed Faults being fixed. In the meantime, please raise your speed fault online here
