Internet Speed Dropped Recently

Hi all, my download speed has dropped and been consistently low for over 2 weeks now. My router still syncs at 80mb and im getting a maximum of around 37mb down Sad
I've tried using both my plusnet router and my third party router. The third party router tends to be faster.

Our tests aren't showing any cause for this.

Is this over a wired or wireless connection?

If wired can you run a speedtest here and let us know the results

My tests aren't identifying any issues.

Can you run a BT speedtest for me please at http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com using a wired connection.

Please ensure that no other devices are connected to the router (wired or wireless), and there are no open background tasks on the PC you're using.

Once you have the result, please complete the further diagnostics. This will store the result on the supplier system.

That seems to be a known issue for some circuits, I've made our suppliers aware it's affecting yours.

Do you experience the same speed issues across multiple devices [ideally all ethernet]?

I only have 1 PC connected by ethernet. The speed was at one point as low as 20mb but increased from there slowly until around 36mb where it has now been for about a week.

Ideally we need you to try a different device [just to rule out the issue lies with your PC]

I would love to but only have my pc to test with.
I managed to get through the further diagnostics section on the bt speed tester:

So the results weren't actually displayed.

The results went through to our suppliers and our Faults team will investigate that further.
