We left TalkTalk because we had terrible speed and the connection was unreliable. We joined PlusNet on Monday and since then, we had 3 or 4 connection drops which means out connection to the Internet has failed once a day every day. I want this resolved as I want to use my Fibre broadband without any problems and difficulties since I decided to pay extra for better.

If the connection was unreliable previously and is still disconnecting now then there is possibly a fault that needs looking at.
There have been a few disconnections, however not a huge amount, is the modem still plugged in to the fibre socket?

i have been getting the same problems, on average once a day.
i was given a new router as it was "out of sync", everything was fine for 2 weeks, then the last week or so, random disconnections.

Yes the modem is plugged into the fibre socket.

The broadband light was off however, the light was still off even when we got internet connection again and all the other lights remained the same
