Internet Connection Drops out constantly

Our internet connection drops out on a daily basis usually when we are using Smart Hub as if there isn’t enough speed to run it - please can you check this out as happens nearly every day and there is only so much you can take - one very disgruntled customer!!

Thanks for getting in touch @tomo2 I'm sorry for the issues with your connection. I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing any issues with the broadband signal going into your router. I'd recommend going through the wireless troubleshooting steps: https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Blogs/How-to-boost-your-wi-fi/ba-p/1450193 as the next step.
