Intermitting short disconnections

Hi there,

Just wanted to see if anyone can do me a quick line test. Recently I've had a few intermittent disconnects lasting less than a minute, but enough to kick me off my zoom calls. For some reason I'm unable to create a fault ticket, gets stuck on the enter contact details page..

I think you'll be lucky to get a reply, Covid seems to have left the Plusnet team really short staffed.

I politely asked for a GEA Test back on Tuesday and haven't had any reply to it yet.

 

Try creating a Fault Ticket using a different browser, if you haven't already.
