Intermittent dropping of connection - 20-30 times a day!

My VDSL connection has been incredibly flakey of late. It's been dropping for at least 20 or 30 times every day, making it impossible to stream anything.

I also use my connection to work from home, and it's been an utter pain in the backside.

Could you please have a look?

Whilst testing your services, we've found a potential line fault. I've raised this with our suppliers to investigate within the next 1-3 working days
