Intermittent dropouts

Broadband has been great since we changed in February. However, recently I've been having dropout issues and sluggish internet. Could a team member please look and see if there's a problem on the line? Thanks

Hi @tbalcombe1,

I'm sorry to see that you're experiencing issues with your connection. Having taken a look into your account today I can't find any faults when testing your line and so I believe this is most likely a Wi-Fi signal issue. I would recommend splitting the wireless networks that your router is operating on and there's a guide on how to do this here.
