Intermittent drop outs

Based on your logs it looks like the upload bug is at least one of your issues. Bob Pullen may be able to remotely reconfig your router to solve it (ask him to do this). He seems to be doing it on a router by router basis until Plusnet can send out a 'global' fix.

This event:

PPP LCP Send Termination Request [PPPoE PADT received]

appears to prove the upload bug is causing this.
