Can someone from plusnet look at my line from the fibre cabinet to my house. i keep losing internet connection. The orange light on the router comes on and starts flashing. internet usually returns after a delay of several minutes to half an hour. it seems to happen mostly when there is a lot of traffic on the internet eg in the evenings and randomly through the day.
