Intermittent No Response From Form Submit/URL Link

Has anyone come across where sometimes when they click to submit a form or click on a URL link there is no response and so you have to recomplete the form and submit it again or click the URL link again? Just something I've became aware of and wonder about.

Not sure what I can suggest from an ISP side of things......But I use an autofill extension for whenever I'm filling out forms online. Pretty useful.

Unfortunately the forms I submit are quite complex and not something auto-fill could help me with. It sounds like this is a general problem of remote servers not responding rather than a problem with Fibre? Only wonder as can't remember this happening when I was on ADSL.
