Have had sketchy broadband previously during the week going from blue light on hub to orange flashing, then to orange with red flashing broadband symbol. Seemed to be at same times, early morning and later at night, but would sort its self out typically. However been constant orange light with red flashing 'b' since Friday 20th.
Tried reset button, hard reset also tried entering broadband login details but just refreshes page and does nothing.
Currently plugged into test socket on NTE 5 socket.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Thanks for getting in touch.
I'm sorry that you have had broadband issues over the weekend, and appreciate you doing your checks whilst connected to the test socket.
I have run some tests via our supplier's systems, these point to an issue with the connection. We now need to progress this fault to our suppliers Openreach for further investigation.
Please can you respond via this ticket so that our Faults Team can take your query forward. Can you also let us know here once you have done so.

Morning Lord,
Any update your end? Haven't had anything through the ticket, seems to have gone a bit quiet.
As of today, still the same problem of orange light and flashing red broadband symbol on hub, so still stuck with no internet
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
