Intermittent Browsing Restrictions

Hi,

I've paid my bill online this morning and any restrictions remained for around an hour. Then all appeared to have resolved which was great but not long after websites sometimes will load sometimes won't, phone apps are hit and miss and seems to all be related. Can anyone from plusnet shed any light as can't get through to anyone on the phone.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you. It can take up to four hours for the restrictions to be fully lifted once the payment has been made. I've checked your account and everything now looks to be up and running as normal. Please let us know if you're still experiencing this problem.
