Intermitten Internet Drops

im getting intermittent internet drops. maybe twice, three times a day. looked at the event log and it comes up with this. what does it mean 'boot reason; watchdog reset'.

where did you find the event log? This keeps happening to me too. The ethernet is OK, but the wifi keeps going off, especially when I use the landline phone.

its in router settings. mine is both with and without ethernet.

this also comes up: what does this mean? im so confused
