For the past week the connection has been horrendous. Streaming youtube for the toddler in the room next to the router is impossible, even loading websites which are low bandwidth has been tiresome and difficult. I've ran the bt wholesale test but cant attach anything for some reason?
I've been using a BT smart hub and not had any issues for quite a long time before the recent connection issues.
I work from home and use a wired connection via powerline adaptors, whilst im not getting anywhere near the speed the line is meant to hold, it is a solid connection.
I've tried the usual only connecting one device via wifi at a time and the issue is the same.
Really struggling as the toddler has a melt down everytime peppa pig stops playing and takes 5 mins to resume for 30 secs.
Someone please please help
