I have been a Plusnet BB user for many years with no problems
Recently I downgraded from "Unlimited Fibre Extra" to "Unlimited Fibre" to save a £10 as my sync speed is never more than 40Mbs. (https://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest/1618573622892896755)
However, since then - and I am not sure it is related - I have been seeing intermittent but frequent packet loss.
This occurs throughout the day - not just at peak times - and is making it difficult to work.
I can see when it is happening with www.pingplotter.com - but am at a loss of how to fix it.
ThinkBroadband's ping meter seems ok:
