Intermittant but frequent packet loss

I have been a Plusnet BB user for many years with no problems

Recently I downgraded from "Unlimited Fibre Extra" to "Unlimited Fibre" to save a £10 as my sync speed is never more than 40Mbs. (

However, since then - and I am not sure it is related - I have been seeing intermittent but frequent packet loss.

This occurs throughout the day - not just at peak times - and is making it difficult to work.

I can see when it is happening with - but am at a loss of how to fix it.

ThinkBroadband's ping meter seems ok:

Any help debugging/fixing greatly appreciated.
