Interleaving removal request

Hi there.

I've got what appears to be a very stable line and get great speeds as I'm only 30 meters from my ftcc cabinet but still get high ping, could i be put on fastpath ie. having interleaving turned off on my line please.

Hi Andrew. We've got no manual control over interleaving for fibre lines I'm afraid.

With that said, it looks like interleaving might be off:

hi thanks , could you look at these numbers , do they seem correct for a 30 meter line , my pings are in the 50 to 60 range for bbc.uk, they used to be 10 to 15 ?
