Just joined today and noticed i'm interleaved. Is this normal for DLM resets?
I have moved from Infinity 1 to PN Extra so a different product but i expected to be on FP immediately.
My line is rock solid on BT with FP enabled. Max sync was 57Mbps, Actual was 55Mbps.
Now max is 63Mbps and actual is 51Mbps with interleaving on.
Also does anyone know how much the max rate will drop if it goes to FP. I'm trying to judge what my sync will be once everything is settled down. Just surprised to be interleaved.
Modem dropped at 4am and had authentication errors until 1pm but was synced and have had no disconnects so don't think DLM has reacted negatively.

Thanks for getting in touch.
Our checks are actually showing that your current profile is "0.128M-55M Downstream 6dB, Error Protection Off - 0.128M-10M Upstream, Error Protection Off" which doesn't match up with what your seeing.
There's another system we can use but that won't work until tomorrow due to your transfer only completing today

Thank you for checking this
That is quite strange. I wonder why my actual sync is so much lower than my max rate, and also lower than BT Infinity 1.
Maybe it needs to resync, but i will let DLM do that i guess.

P.S. my pings are 20ms which would indicate being interleaved.

@MatthewWheeler The profile you are seeing is the old BT 55/10, your tests always seem to show out of date profile speeds. I have pointed this out many times but it falls on deaf ears.

There is virtually no change in SNR at any time of the day, even evening. No errors logged. Seems like a very stable line.

Hopefully DLM will see its stable and take off interleaved and increase the sync.

Anyone from PN Support able to shed any more light on wether i'm interleaved / my stats.
Its been a week since i switched, where DLM seems to have reset my line and applied interleaving straight away.
I've had no resyncs since it switched over from BT to PN. And i haven't rebooted the modem. No errors (Pkts) either and line noise is solid with no fluctuation.
So just wondering when it will be switched to fast path and i get some speed back.

Hi @Bp1000, while I'm a little concerned about the current sync rate being lower than the estimates for your connection, I think it would be best to monitor for at least another week before progressing to a fault report due to how recently the services switched over to us, and this may lead to an Openreach engineer putting this down to the line being in some sort of training period.
If you are still experiencing the same speed issues after another week, I'd recommend reporting this over at https://faults.plus.net
If you could let us know if/when you've done this, we'll get the ticket picked up and progressed with our suppliers.
I hope this helps.
