Installation date change?

Hi Team,
I signed up for plusnet 38mb. It gave me an installation date of the 24th March.
Any chance to get a sooner date. I need internet daily for business reasons.
Appreciate if you can help.

I signed up on the 24Th Feb for Plusnet fibre and OR are coming 10Th March, I thought that a long time but seems better than you.
Is it OR that do not come sooner?
If that the case would it not be better for Plusnet to issue routers that do not need a OR engineer to provide a BT modem?
My present ISP  Sky gave me a one unit router to plug into the BT/OR master socket directly.

It wouldn't help as the engineer still needs to connect you to the cab

But I'm already on fibre, so that would not occur.
If the OP was adsl would the same engineer do both the cabinet connection and modem fitting at one time?

I wasn't expecting it to take that long. Any Plusnet employee here that can help?.
If I didn't need this for my job I wouldn't care. But almost 3 weeks without internet is not good.

We've been able to place a order to reactivate the stopped line in the property which will complete tomorrow. Once that's been done we will place the order for fibre.

Phone is now activated (email from Plusnet confirmed this).
Please let me know if you have any update on the installation date.
