Installation Date Query

I signed up a few weeks ago and was given a provisional installation window of Friday 5th December between 1pm and 6pm.
As that date is fast approaching I was hoping for some sort of confirmation whether the date is definite as I am taking time of work to be available.

Hi Stephen,
I've just checked the order and can confirm your fibre install for the 5th in the PM slot (between 13:00 and 18:00)
