Increased upload speed but unchanged download speed after fibre upgrade

My upgrade to fibre was supposed to take place yesterday (11 April). Indeed, by broadband was disconnected, I swapped routers, and I was back online. But only my upload speed changed. Indeed, I received an email saying my upload speed was increased to 2Mb/s. I never received the usual SMS or an email about my download speed, which remains 5Mb/s. I also disconnected and re-connected after 15 minutes just in case that forced a re-negotiation. I don't mind the delay but I am wondering if it's just that someone forgot to flick a switch or something.

The speed profile hadn't updated on our side, I've fixed that for you now so if you can try a disconnect/reconnect and let us know how you get on.
