Incorrect profile setting

Hello,

 

I think I may be on an incorrect profile, I have unlimited fibre extra, so I am expecting to be on an 80Mbps profile, but when I run the diagnostics check it shows as a 56Mbps profile.

 Download speedachieved during the test was - 54.5 Mbps
 For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 39.33 Mbps-56.19 Mbps .
 Additional Information:
 IP Profile for your line is - 56.19 Mbps

Upload speed achieved during the test was - 7.77Mbps
 Additional Information:
 Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 20 Mbps

The fact that the downstream is over 55 and the upstream is 20 confirms you are on the correct provision - 80/20. Factors such as the distance to the cabinet are limiting the sync speed. The downstream IP Profile is set just below the sync speed.

Thanks for the replies.  Glad it seems to be set right and it's just probably the distance to the cab.

 

It seems to have settled around that speed now, although I did do a speedtest last week and it was only downloadig at 5Mb/s.
