Excellent! You can upgrade to 80/20 at any point within a contract without penalty.

I'd recommend calling our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 if you'd like to.

I will leave it as 40/10 for now and see how it goes for next 4 weeks. Still awaiting a reply from the fault team in my ticket of the engineer note hopefully we wouldn't be charged £65. As the fault has resolved from the street and replaced dslam card at the cabinet and resetted DLM (open profile)

The line look more solid and stable now since engineer left yesterday after 4pm.

Looking good! Engineer signed the job off as an Openreach fault so we wouldn't charge you for this.

😲 hope the voice line is all passed?

 

The voice line still very quiet and all clear on 17070 option 2 (no noisey at all)
