Looking at the latest update to my speed issues, my profile is still 60/20 and I should be 80/20.
The inconsistent speed issue seems resolved, but one of your technicians noticed I was on the wrong profile.
Is this still being investigated or can someone correct my profile.
Looking at the BT Openreach report for my line it should be more than capable of a good 75Mbps (which is what I used to get) so all I need is for the profile to be corrected thanks
