Incorrect Billing on account

I changed my contract package in February 2020 to a cheaper deal. I noticed that the March bill was incorrect and contacted Plusnet. They agreed that there was a charging error and agreed a refund (Plusnet reference 199539772). This took a few calls to sort out and Plusnet said they would reduce the next bill by the overcharge (£8.99) and, in addition, reduce it by a further £5 goodwill gesture. In total, the reduction was £13.99. 

I then noticed my new bill in April (Invoice 467764-024) was still at the old rate of £35.98 and not modified to the new contract rate of £26.99 pm.

 

I am unable to contact Plusnet by phone nor email - the lines are not answered.
