Inconsistent fibre connection

All afternoon the fibre connection has been dropping in and out. Having some time off means we want to stream some movies. It's very frustrating not being able to do so. Anyone else struggling today?

ive had the same for past few days over here  ( coastal lincolnshire)   4 times in one hour it went off night before that twice , and yesterday morning it went off aswell, reset  hub  including the pinhole, still done it , customer service wanna send out someone but at a 65  quid cost ! even though i told them before i was with bt for 2 years and had same problem they never helped so changed supplyers to plusnet so plusnet were fully aware in the begining but still  !  im not happy at all with it all

Ours has been fine for three years with sky, switched three weeks ago to plusnet and had the issue for all of last night/afternoon. Would stay connected for about 10 mins ish then drop.
After speaking to customer service it's now in test socket and raised as a fault so we will see.
Just annoying when you have a bit of spare time to sit with the wife and stream a couple of films and can't.
Hope you get yours sorted though.

Check your router. If the connection is actually dropping it will be a fault local to you. Probably specific to your telephone line. It's unusual for repeated intermittent outages to be the result of network failures. Network failures are usually 'once a year' incidents that last a couple of seconds.

Been having the same problem for the past month or so fluctuating between 1.5 to 50Mbps. Eventually phoned customer services to be told the line was fine and it was probably a router problem because I'm using the old router and openreach modem. Had to sign up for another 2 years to get replacement Hub One.
