They are digging up the road here and it's for improved broadband. My neighbour heard that we're getting fibre optic. Is there any way I can find out without hanging on the phone to Plusnet for hours? It won't let me use online chat, says its not working. Is there maybe a site that shows you what theyre doing and where?

Unfortunately it's unlikely we'll be able to provide any different information to what's available at https://www.homeandbusiness.openreach.co.uk/fibre-broadband and http://dslchecker.bt.com/ - they are the best indicators of this.

The Openreach site says they are connecting it now and I should have within around 4 months. YAAAY! many thanks xx
