Thanks for reporting your broadband problem
Our tests have found a fault with your broadband service.....
And now it's Saturday and I've still heard nothing. This is not how PlusNet used to be.
I was sold the 40/20 package and after months of wrangling got a slight discount because they couldn't even get close to the upload speed I needed. But it just keeps dropping!

In other threads Plusnet have said they intend to respond to customer enquiries within 72 hours. So that means they should have responded by end of day Friday. Unfortunately you may have been unlucky and they won't count the weekend 😕
When did you sign up for your product? 40/20 hasn't been sold for nearly a year now.

And with an upload speed of 1.8Mbps it looks like you have been provisioned on the 40/2 package

The 40/20 package doesn't exist anymore, it's 40/2 or 80/20 now

Weekends are included in the 72 hours/3 days response target.
It looks like @PeterLoftus was right, an automated script dropped the asset back to 40/2.
I believe this has since been resolved.
