If its not too much bother ...

I’ve had a ticket open for frequent dropping connections for a few months now (#20698309), 7 OpenReach visits and still it’s not fixed.

My contract is due to renew on the 9th , I have asked for this date to be extended until the problem is resolved (so I’m not immediately bumped up to an inflated monthly cost) but am just told to spend more of my time calling the contracts team.

If it’s not too much bother, can someone at Plusnet do that for me?

Re: If its not too much bother ...

... obviously it was 🙂

I had to call the contracts people and if folks are interested I had 3 options:

1. leave

2. run into the automatically higher contract price

3. negotiate a new contract - but as I have a long running issue outstanding I do have the right to leave without paying any penalty, so that's good enough.

Let's hope they can fix my frequent disconnection issue - no one seems to have put their finger on the issue so far but at least a BT engineer has experienced a disconnection while at our house.
