IPv6 disabled for this Internet service.

As others internet went down at around 16.30, just came and tried again..still down. I rebooted modem and router and net is back up, speeds are OK but after I clicked the "Check connectivity to the Internet" the results show a big red X next to IPv6 with the message below: IPv6 disabled for this Internet service.
Can't remember seeing that before! Will it sort itself...is it something my side or Plusnets side causing it...or has it always been off???
Connection Information
Link Status:
IPv4 connected
IPv6 disconnected

Thanks

Re: IPv6 disabled for this Internet service.

There are a very limited number of users who are trialling IPv6. One of the biggest issues at present is that it doesn't work properly on the new bng gateways.

Re: IPv6 disabled for this Internet service.

Have you had a firmware upgrade?
IPv6 is supported in firmware 10.2.2.B

They also have trouble with IPv4 at times!  Grin
