IP Profile

I wonder if you could give my IP Profile a kick please - it's at 32.2 and BT's is currently at 40.44 (attached)., Ignore the upstream test, it's nearly 9Mbps not what it says!

I've updated the Plusnet profile to match your IP profile. You may find you need to disconnect/reconnect once to see the higher speeds coming through.
