IP Profile

Could someone please clarify for me as a new user.what is the 'IP Profile' which I see when running http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/
Should this profile reflect the fibre service for which I am subscribed?
For example I signed up for 'up to 76MB', should I see the profile as around 76MB or should I expect to see the IP profile (as I do) as  'IP Profile for your line is - 38.71 Mbps' I would expect to see this profile if I had subscribed to the 'up to 38MB' option.
Thanks for any insight given  Smiley

Re: IP Profile

It depends, are you testing wireless or via a wired connection to your router?
Copy and paste a copy of the helpdesk tab from your router will add some more clarity.

Re: IP Profile

I've just spoken to PN and I got a seriously helpful bloke on the phone. It was a pleasure to speak to them.
My service has been incorrectly provisioned, they will instruct the changes to be made and let me know when it will be resolved by calling me later today.
Thanks PN.

Re: IP Profile

Good to their word, I've just got the call back as promised.
Modification order has now been submitted and is due to complete by Monday. I'm not going to argue about the service PN have provided on this occasion.
Well done PN Smiley
