My IP profile is stuck at 63Mb, despite my linespeed being 67Mb. I can't get through to support on the telephone because the call queue is crazy. Could one of the PN team in these fora please reset the profile for me?

Thanks @LaurenB. I realise that the sync rate is not affected, but this profile setting does affect throughput. I'm seeing faster data transfer speeds as a result of your making this change.

I'm sorry for the error in our previous message. As you have a static IP address, your IP profile setting will affect your throughput. I'm glad to hear that you've seen an improvement in your speed now that this has been changed.
