IP Profile reset please

Had an engineer out to replace old wiring and for a new BT master socket.

Profile was set at 51000 with Plusnet with second line doing their test.

I am now syncing at 71542 locally at the exchange but there has been no speed in increase abouve 47Mbps. This could be a stuck profile not reverting to its new sync speed.

I have a static IP with yourselves. Is it possible this could be reset to sync with the new higher speeds.

So your Broadband profile currently shows the following:

 

Downstream: 0.128M-60M with Interleaving (High). Upstream: 0.128M-17M with InterleavingOn

 

I wouldn't worry about this too much though, it likely just needs updating on our suppliers side, no intervention needed from ourselves, as the Downstream speed on your line is coming through at 76Mbps. I've made a slight change on our end though, so if you'd like to reset your router and run another speed test in an hour or so, this should be sorted Smiley
