I recently discovered an issue, not with our router which I initially thought, but with one of the sockets on the 4-way adapter.
It was almost like the power was flickering on and off.
So as you can imagine, the line management software (or what ever you call it), must have seen this as a line error and lowered our IP Profile.
We have a G-INP enable line and router, but since this issue it has been returned to the "old" 6db SNR.
Could we please have a reset and if so, how can I specify which line I am talking about as I look after two.
