IP Profile/ DLM reset

Hi,

 

Would it be possible to reset my DLM/IP profile please?

Last summer my broadband was running at 78, my speed has now dropped to 53.8 as connected direct into bt socket on the BT speedchecker. An Openreach engineer stated my line is stable, but it up to Plusnet to speed it up. Following further research i have noticed my connection is banded at 60, this could have be caused by a faulty BT Router, I was using at the time? My speed is well below the adslchecker minimum.

Hi @protos22

 

Though your profile is currently showing at 60mb, this won't be causing the issue as tests show your in sync at less than this, at 57.1mb.

 

If you aren't already, can you get the router connected into the test socket and if the issue persists, raise a fault to us here. If you let us know once you have done this we'll pick it up for you.
