Thanks for clearing that for me I have made up my mind I'm going back to BT as they offer more TV channels via there platform.

Hello Anoush 

 

Can you please close down my open support tickets so there no confusing I have already made my switch to BT which is due to complete on 23rd November.. when my services have been transferred to BT how long will it take for plusnet to send me my final bill.

Once the migration completes, we'll close your account and issue you a final bill within 21 days.
