I upgraded to Fibre + but not getting improvement

I was supposed to have been completed 25 July but over 2 weeks later no notable speed increases up or down.

Supposed to get 42-62 down (min guarantee 36.4) and 10-16 up.

Tests show range down 16.48 - 43.88 (average of 20 tests is 32

Best up so far only 8.58

Not happy to be paying extra for this!  Solution please????

If you log into your router, go to the Advanced/Troubleshooting/Help Desk tab and post the results making sure you hide your username and any other sensitive information.

Then go to the DSL Checker  https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL enter your phone number and post the results. This will show what your line is capable of, and current speeds.

Speed tests can be far to variable, so bet to check actual speeds before working out if there is an issue.
