But the IP profiles are as they will clearly indicate whether the customer is on 80/20 or 40/2

They are on 80/20. They have been on 80/20 since signing up, no changes have been made to their account.

I think that's more what they were told on the phone, rather than the speeds they are actually getting.

Yes Chris - sorry - You were too quick for me I had just spotted it and tried to change my post  crossout didnt work - I will have another go
