I'm getting migrated to Zen tomorrow but I thought you'd like a laugh before I go.

So maybe I need to apologise a bit to Plusnet for some disconnections I've been getting. It still doesn't excuse the poor customer service.

When I moved into my home there was some 'questionable' wiring everywhere.

So today I decided to check the box where my main BT cable comes in and I was welcomed with this:

Ouch! No crimps on your inbound cable that's shocking. I suspect your issues may follow you to your new provider.

Yeah you're right going to get BT to fix it.

Looks quite familiar. In my experience, all Openreach ever did when something went wrong was to re-do things inside the pictured box, and if possible, blame "our" wiring.
