Well not a jet plane exactly, but certainly for somewhere faster as for reasons explained to me and because I was on trial with FTTP my speed could not be increased so sorry guys, paying a bit more and gone over to BT but not I might add without regret.

Had 'issues' sure and as many of us do at times but, there you have it.

Take care all, and really going to miss these techie forums. 😞

No need to leave the forums. You don't need to be a PlusNet customer these days to have a forum account.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
