I am still waiting for Plusnet to switch my ADSL connection to Fibre (7 days)

Hi,
I had my FTTP fitted on the 19th August but am still waiting for Plusnet to switch it from an ADSL to a Fibre connection.
Can someone please advise me when this may happen?

You may need to reboot your router

Having a laugh aren't you, I've been waiting for over 2 months and no one at Plusnet tells me anything!
