Huge drop in Fibre Speed and Loss of Dialtone

Could a member of Plusnet Staff please progress my open ticket regarding the huge drop in Fibre Speed and the loss of being able to call out on the landline  Sad
Recently i've seen my Fibre speed drop from the previous 35mbps D/L & 6mbps U/L to its current 13mbps D/L and 2mbps U/L which is where it stands currently. (The profile given on the BT website also indicates the same reduction)
At the same time, I've also lost my dial tone on the phone and the ability to call out (although incoming calls seem unaffected)

is that ticket a broadband fault report or a phone fault report as only one fault can be raised with Openreach at the same time

The automated tests have spat your ticket into the phone fault pool. I've just run a test and got a dis in network error, so we need to raise the phone fault. Hopefully fixing this will sort out the internet connection as well.
I will update the fault ticket shortly.
