Hub1 ppp3 packet loss

I am getting this with my hub1, I have turned off the firewall in the router and reset.

 

Please advise!

Is this causing you any issues? Those logs are just saying your router is rejecting certain packets (ICMP), which aren't supported on  the hub one anyway.

Son says internet is lagging on playing games. He has tried testing for packet loss and he gets failed tests back so appears to be causing him issues.

As this packet loss seems to appear on normal internet usage also why do you say they are not supported?

Why are they being blocked?

Neil - several people have reported issues with lag and packet loss in the last few days, including myself.

I would suggest lodging a fault if you haven't already, at http://faults.plus.net. The more who do, the quicker this issue will hopefully be resolved.
