Hub1 keeps disconnecting

Got fibre a few weeks ago, and connection has been rock solid.

Since thunder and lightening storm the other night, the hub1 keeps disconnecting, sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after an hour.

Is this a problem with the hub1 or a problem at the exchange / cabinet.

Nothing else has chnaged in the house, and the internet has become unusable.

It certainly is dropping. Based on the info I'm going to send you a new Hub One just to be on the safe side.

Hub1 replacement plugged in, but still keep getting disconnected. Anything else i need to check ?
